I'm looking into buying this, but it looks like it only installs from a CD. It doesn't show that it can be installed by Easy Install. Is this correct?

No, this is available for download through Easy Install in Accordance 9 or 10 on Mac or iOS, as is every product that does not say it is "on Disk only."
