Upon the most recent app update, each time I amplify a word or do a search; the screen results are shown in what I'm dubbing "full screen". Basically the menu options and back arrow dissapear from the screen and I have to press the screen to get them to appear in order to go back.

 

This may sound like a small matter but when doing a lot of amplify or searches, this essentially doubles the number of steps involved in getting back to where I was in order to continue. A very NON-user friendly expierience.

 

Is there a way to turn this off so my options and back arrow are always on?

There has been no change in how the app works when opening a new view due to amplifying or searching. We have always by default hidden the toolbars. Note that there is a shortcut gesture (two finger swipe to the right) hat will return you to the previous view regardless of whether or not the current view's toolbars are hidden or visible. Thanks for the feedback.

Two finger swipe does help, but the hidden toolbars have just now dissapeared for me. My firends mini also. They must have been sticking before. Would like the choice to leave them on.
