I just installed the 18-vol NIV Commentary module. After doing a search for a single verse, then opening the NIBC tool in a reference pane, it always opens to Matthew 1:1 instead of opening to the passage in the Search window. All my other reference tools open and track to whatever verse is open in the Search window, but the NIBC always opens to Matthew 1:1 regardless of what verse is showing in the Search window.

 

Since I just installed it today, I may be doing something wrong. Am I missing something in how this module operates?

Oops -- sorry -- my bad. I just realized I was searching on OT verses and the NIBC is only the NT books. I tried searching on a NT verse and the NIBC opens to that verse. 

 

Now I need to go look and see if the OT module is available.

The NIVAC-Prophets is complete. We're still waiting for the rest of the OT.

 

Trust you're enjoying the series. I really like mine. What a great model of biblical hermeneutics!
