I've noticed that when I scroll through the ESV text of Psalms 15-17, those Psalms appear to be linked in Calvin's Commentary to VERSES 15-17 in Psalm 34. (See screen shot.)

Hmmm. I just think I found another one: in Calvin's Commentary, the heading is provided "Matthew 10:16-19; Luke 7:29-35" but this should be Matthew 11, not 10.
