Internet connection timeout

When I use "Easy Install" or "Content Updates", I can login and see the list of downloadable modules. But when I click "download", the download process bar won't begin and after a while, a error of "Internet connection timeout" will pop up.

 

For reference, I have changed my login name previously, but I have already logged out and logged in again with my new login ID in "Easy Install". Thank you!

I found that the problem is related to my network. In my office's network, they have updated the firewall setting, and it caused this problem, while I can download these updates in another network. Is there any information I should provide to my network admin to change the firewall's setting?
