I only last week discovered that the marginal notes that are in the print version of BHS arent in the accordance module? Am I missing something? The apparatus that appears at the bottom of the page can be followed through link but I cannot find the masoretic notes that are in the margin of the print version. Sorry if this has already been discussed.

You're not missing anything... the marginal notes included in BHS and NA-27 weren't included in their respective Accordance modules (I don't think they were included in the e-texts that the German Bible Society supplied to Accordance). However, the masora are included in the module of the BHQ.

thanks, does the BHQ require a full purchase or is it offered as an upgrade for any of the current texts?

BHQ is a separate purchases, and currently includes only 3 fascicles, although another 2 are included in the price.

Note that the cross-references in the print NA28 have been added to the NA28-T.
