I believe DCH complete could be enhanced if the introduction were better tagged according to its subheadings. For example, I quickly wanted to navigate to the Abbreviations section in the introduction, but it's not assigned a level in the browser (see image).

Disregard: I see what's happened. The title of the book has been included within the Browser.
