Incomplete highlighting of selected area

In 10.2.1 I can't seem to get the first line of text to highlight for (say) a copy and paste if I click and hold at the end of the selection and drag upwards. It seems to always miss the first line.

 

Having said that, it always copies the first line, it just isn't highlit.

Its highlighting for me Ken, both with paragraph formatting (which I think is what you have above) and paragraphs with space which I normally use.

OK I can repro. it I think.

 

When you drag upward are you by any chance dragging straight through the top border of the pane without touching any of the text in the first line. I note its shorter so this is easy to do. If you do this it does not highlight but if you hit that first line of text and drag back to Matt 1:1. It all highlights fine.
