Updating User Notes

user notes I/O Error #17

I am a new user running Acc 10 on Win 7. When I click update on a user note I consistently see I/O Error #17 in the file My Translations.acc4 Sometimes this has been followed by a freeze. Any advice?

I am getting two errors each time I update my first user note.  I see that Accordance for Windows stores user notes at drive letter:\My Documents\Accordance Files\User Notes. At this location there is a file that corresponds to my user note. One error, however, is showing a different location.


I can pull up the user note in Accordance, but I can't update any text entries. Let me know what I am doing wrong here, or, if this is a known bug.
