Accordance had been open for a couple of hours. I had been looking at various verses. I had been in another program for a bit and was shutting down for the night. I decided to save the workspace prior to exiting Accordance and when I clicked on 'Save' in the menu, Accordance stopped responding:

This has happened a couple of times now. Prior to 10.3.2, this problem had not manifested itself to me.
