opening tool links in a new tab / window

Mainly for dictionaries, or for tools that refer to topics in the same tool. This already works for bible references (a different context zone appears), but maybe there can be an easy way for the user to consult and study an article, having the possibility of opening links in the article on separate tabs or windows, as we can do with web browsers [that way we can organize the relevant information, without clicking the back button every time, to get to where we were].
