Hi! I've installed Accordance on a Win7 machine, entered my account credentials and came to the download window. There, I selected my items and pressed Download. A popup window came up with no text and I just pressed OK. Waited for about half an hour. Nothing happened. Tried to check just one item, pressed Download then OK on a textless popup window. Still nothing. Tried to reopen the program and go through the same steps. Still nothing. Restarted computer. Now when I open Accordance, I get for just a few seconds "Please login to continue" window that quickly disappears before I manage to write anything in. The splashscreen, however, shows my name as the owner of the license. Clicking Utilities/Easy Install... does nothing at all, that is, nothing else opens. Any ideas on how this could be fixed? Could it be that the program has difficulties working with the proxy? Thank you!
