Highlighting across paragraphs in DBW

I hesitate to mention this, since it may be a known issue (and I can't go through the forums just now to check), but maybe it's also just a DBW issue? Note the stray highlight in the left margin when I highlight across paragraphs. If I just start at the beginning of the second paragraph, the margin doesn't highlight.

 

Accordance 10.3.4 on 2008 iMac with latest Mavericks.

Still an issue, especially with the stray highlighting at left--is this known/on the radar for a future module update? Really enjoying the few DBW volumes I have so far....

It's because of the paragraph justification used in the module, and because of the way Accordance highlights. We may change the format of the resource, but the highlighting may still do that in certain cases.
