Request: Please make the cursor show solid when the arrow keys are pressed in the User Notes (or when Alt+Arrow or Cmd+Arrow are pressed).  This would be a huge help!

Issue Description: If the cursor is just sitting, then it blinks and I can find it, but as soon as I move it with the arrow keys, it disappears except for occasional blips.  Because of this, I find that I have to just place my cursor within my notes using my mouse/trackpad rather than keyboard, because otherwise I am guessing or have to wait for my cursor to start blinking to see if the cursor is where I want to be.

I have a short (2MB) video clip showing this issue but the web forum won't allow me to upload it.  I can email it if needed.

I am using Accordance 10 on OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
