Tim_the_other_one
Hi, I tried plugging my MacBook Pro (latest model) HDMI into a secondary display: a TV. I'm mirroring the display from my laptop to the TV The macbook pro changes its resolution, and Accordance changes its display: each text pane is now mostly blank margin, with a thin column of text in the middle.the width of the columns is narrowed considerably, leaving a lot of blank room in the margins. As soon as I unplug the second monitor, the screen returns to normal and the text display properly. Here is the piccy: [sorry: the upload seems to have yielded a smaller file than i intended. the image file is 2 mb, but accordance uploads only 88kb? See the attached piccy. Is this a bug? tim
Joel Brown
It looks like you have on "Limit Text Width" in Preferences -> Accordance. It limits the width of the text to a particular length, calculating the "real" width based on the density of your monitor. It seems that the TV's pixel density is being used, so the text gets really compressed. You can either turn off the preference or increase the width some to compensate for the TV.
