I was just looking at the sale on Holman, which looks like a good deal.  But it would be much easier to make a decision if the authors were listed for the volumes, with a little about each author.  I found no way to know who did the commentary on any particular book.  So I went to Amazon and found some information, but mostly just names and the need to check each volume separately.. It would be nice to have under the advert the books of the Bible listed with the commentors' name for each book.. It would be even more helpful to know what seminary or University the author graduated from and where he teaches now.

Most commentary sets either have the authors listed on the product page or there is a separate article that will have that information. In the case of the Holman Bible Commentary, this article is linked on each product page. It does not contain the extra biographic information, but it does list the authors for each commentary.
