Hey, Yellowchops. Welcome to Accordance.
I use the Outline module, too, but it's rather broad. What often works well with many of the modules is to open two copies. In the first attached workspace, I have the ESV Study Bible opened with the texts (NAS95, ESV, & Greek NT) and the EVS Study Bible opened in a separate zone. That way I can view the more detailed outline along with the text. In the second shot, I have one of the 'How to . . . ' books opened. In the third shot, two resources are on the right.
Many of us are used to (and like) the features of a print Bible that have the text divided up into sections with section titles like, 'The Parable of the Lost (Prodigal) Son.' As those titles are inserted by the publisher of a particular edition and are not part of either the inspired text or the version, you won't find them in the e-versions. It has been a requested feature but I have no idea as to its status. I may never happen. I've just adjusted and found other ways to accomplish the same thing.
I hope this is of some help. There are lots of
knowledgable knowledgeable and helpful folks on the forums. You might want to work through the podcasts. Dr. J is in the process of redoing the early ones (done in Accordance 8 and 9). I have always found them helpful. The recommended order for new users is here.
