I run accordance in full screen. When I click to analyze a search, the analysis opens in  separate window--which ends up being a separate full screen window. I'd rather it open up as a separate zone in the existing workspace. Is there a setting for this?

Likely either you don't have room for the zone to appear, or your Preferences -> Workspaces -> Default maximum number of zones is too low.
