R. Mansfield
Want a sneak peek at Accordance 11? Here you go! Wouldn't it be incredible if Accordance gave you more than a handful of options for categorizing the titles of your Accordance Library? Wouldn't it be fantastic if, when installing new titles, they were automatically placed in these categories? Wouldn't it be mind-blowing if you could move them around to different categories if you preferred them elsewhere? Wouldn't subfolders be extremely helpful, too?

Fabian
Hello This is what I wish. But I hope some day in the nearly future it comes some Tools in german and other languages. Are then the best way to make subfolders in the categories in the different languages? Or were then another structure better? And can I my User Tools put in one of them? R. Mansfield
Sweet! When Acc 11 is installed on my PC, will my existing books automatically be moved into these categories? You will have a choice. If you don't want them to be moved, it won't be forced upon you! But if you do want them to go into the categories you can. And again, you can move titles around and create subfolders as you want.

JonathanHuber
Remember: it's a "Sneak Peak". They need to keep some surprises. (No, I don't know the answer either).
Joel Brown
The new categories are merely suggestions - create whatever you want, remove, hide, rename, move to subfolders, or whatever you like. The new Library is immensely more more flexible. The only exceptions are Parallels and User Tools - these still go in their own sections.

Joel Brown
Imported User Bibles are completely indistinguishable from other Texts, and are thus always in the Texts area. The distinction only applies to User Tools.

Fabian
Imported User Bibles are completely indistinguishable from other Texts, and are thus always in the Texts area. The distinction only applies to User Tools. Hello Joel Are this in the Acc 11 so? Because in the 10 the text compare and the list of it didn't work with User Text, the analyze button don't work. And many other things like a goal for the superscripts, No Strong's can added etc.... It would me more than a huge step forward if Acc 11 support all the feature. Joel Brown
Fabian, Accordance 10 currently supports text compare and listing of words. Superscripts, key numbers, and other advanced features cannot currently be entered, however. My point is that once a text has been imported, it is indistinguishable from a normal text - that doesn't mean that the import process supports all of the capabilities that our texts do. Fabian
Hello Joel I can activate the check box but nothing happens. And the Analyse Icon comes only with Accordance Texts too. Both of them has never worked in any Acc 10 since I have Accordance. See Pic. Maybe bugs? Greetings Fabian
Joel Brown
Fabian, the issues you are experience are not due to them being user bibles, but being Unicode texts. Unicode can only compare against other Unicode texts (which Luther 1912 is not), nor can Unicode texts be analyzed. Simply use a MacRoman (ANSI on windows) source file rather than UTF8 to import it as nonunicode.
Fabian
Hello Joel Thanks. I think, I have read that Accordance support Unicode for Texts. But I didn't have to know this issue. Are I'm right that Accordance has all english, german, italian, etc. text as MacRoman? Comes in the nearly future all as unicode?
