Missing gloss for ἀποκαθιστάω

Recommended Posts

Hi ya,

I don't know how else to report this so I am reporting it here.

In ID it is possible to have a gloss presented for each word. This morning I found this word :

which occurs twice in LXX1 which has no gloss in the database which drives ID. It has the morphological data to I suspect it's not a tagging issue.

Thx

D

Another funny thing about this word: triple-clicking the appearance in Gen. 29:3 opens to an entry in BDAG, but triple-clicking the appearance in Ps. 15:5 opens LSJ instead. Not sure why.

I tried it out, and since I don't have LSJ, nothing opens when I triple click the word in Ps 15:5.

Hmmm.... the BDAG one is finding it in Greek Content not Greek Entry and it's found under ἀποκαθίστημι whereas the Psa case is found in LSJ under ἀποκαθιστάνω as a Greek Entry. BDAG has an entry for ἀποκαθιστάνω but it refers one immediately to the following entry.

Someone will have a bit of digging here methinks.

Thx
