suggestion for Reading Mode

I would like to suggest that while in Reading Mode, the mouse pointer and the blinking cursor disappear after being idle for a few seconds (maybe the user can determine how many), and that the user can scroll using the mouse wheel without having the mouse pointer reappear. That way reading the text can be less distracting, and the cursor and pointer (and even word highlighting for tagged texts) only reappear when necessary.
