Joseph Landaw Posted November 20, 2014 Share Posted November 20, 2014 I am trying to update from 10 to 11 but i cannot due to the username being wrong... When i originally purchased Accordance my username was misspelled.. You all changed it but since i used it on my initial install it has kept (the old username)and saved it in accordance this whole time... Is there any way to fix this?? Joseph Landaw Posted November 20, 2014 Author Share Posted November 20, 2014 I decided to just do a clean install and restore my user files... it worked... i hope this fixes this for me in the long run.. why is the username grayed out on the initial update though?
