GNT28-T and ESV parallel alignment

This seems minor, but it has been really irritating me. On the iPad, when reading/scrolling in the GNT28 text with ESV in parallel, I have to scroll so that the first line of the verse in Greek is nearly touching the top margin of the display (and therefore very close to cutting off the top of the text) in order to prompt the English to pop up into alignment. Normally, I might read with a few millimeters left above it. I would like the English to jump into alignment if I'm anywhere below the line above it. Really, anywhere below the top of the text in the line above it would work, since I'm obviously not reading the line above if part of it is cut off. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

I'd appreciate this adjustment, too. We have the same issue in the computer versions, though it is less irritating there.

Hi all,

Here is what I noticed about this. I experienced this behavior with almost content any parallel panes on my laptop.

When I use my mouse scroll wheel I get that bad behavior where the verse number has to go out of sight above the window pane top edge before the data in pane 2 , pane3...

So I tried using the slider and then the verses all seemed to work properly in that they all lined up at the top and are visible.

I like a fast mouse movement and normally have my wheel and mouse settings high.

So then I adjusted my mouse settings so that the wheel only moved 1 line per "click" rather than 3.

Now it seems to work ok even with the wheel. Of course this specifically only applies to a laptop but I wonder if there are some similar settings in those social media devices?

In order to make this jump into alignment, I very nearly have to cut off the top of my lameds.

Dave posted a solution that seems to be working for him on the laptop. Has anyone found any similar scroll-adjustment solution that works on the tablet? There are obviously no clicks involved...

(This was originally posted about the Greek/English, but the issue seems to be the same in any parallel view.)
