John Green Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 I have Atlas installed and mostly working, but I am getting an error message when I try to open Atlas in certain backgrounds, or change to certain backgrounds. The culprits are: Infrared, Light Browns, Night Vision, and Satellite. Instead I get the error message: "The file "name of background" can not be used, because it has a different data format from the other Atlas files already opened. Please be sure that all Atlas files available to Accordance are installed from the same CD-ROM" I am using Accordance 11.0.3 and Atlas 2.2 Atlas 2.2 was an downloaded upgrade from Atlas 1 which was bought on a CD.
