Yohanan
From time to time I fall on this message here above in the title and cannot fix the problem. Is there a place where what NOT TO DO is explained? It should be good if Accordance would point directly to the wrong sign in the search window for verses; even with no explanation which would be too complicated for a program. Yohanan
Let me reply to my own question… the possibility of having a comma instead of a colon is no more valid, this is not a problem, just have to go back to the anglo-saxon way with the colon. Alistair
I think it means you have to use something like this: Acts 5:6–7; Romans 1:2–3, 9 or Acts 5.6–7; Romans 1.2–3,
Joel Brown
Yohanan, if you wish to use commas instead of colons, simply check 'Use European verse notation' under Preferences -> Appearance.
