Timothy Jenney Posted March 23, 2015 Share Posted March 23, 2015 I am really enjoying reading through the Targums in English (my Aramaic just isn't good enough to read the entirety in the original language). I am doing so with an English translation of the HMT in a parallel pane, noting the differences. I find the loose translation of the Targums much more revealing of the history of interpretation of the HMT than the tighter LXX. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
