HMT-W4 and LXX Interlinear/Parralel

Hello,

I do not have the LXX installed on my software at the moment.  I would like to have the HMT-W4 open and have the LXX next to it (and also be able to put it as an interlinear like I can do with the HMT-W4) to see how the LXX has translated the hebrew passages (and specific words) that I am studying.  I would like to have the LXX tagged so I can do searches like I do with the HMT-W4.  What do I have to purchase, other than the LXX by Rahlf?  Please direct me to the module(s) that I need to purchase.  Any other reccomendations are helpful.  Thank you!

If you would like to run full tagged searches, you definitely need Rahlf's LXX as you mentioned ($79.90 http://www.accordancebible.com/store/details/?pid=LXX1). This is all you need to have the two texts side by side to compare the same reference.  However, if you want to run searches comparing the two words (such as, when is ברא translated into ἐποίησεν), you'll need some sort of MT-LXX item.

The MT-LXX interlinear (http://www.accordancebible.com/store/details/?pid=MT-LXX+Interlinear) is $29.90, and it enables you to display the LXX in interlinear under the HMT, or vice versa.  However, it does *not* enable you to run searches comparing the two, but it is a great budget option for very quickly comparing the word relationships visually.

The MT-LXX Parallel (http://www.accordancebible.com/store/details/?pid=MT-LXX+Parallel) is $99.90, and it provides everything the Interlinear provides, plus searching, footnotes, expanded content for books not in the HMT (Like Sirach and Baruch), and it absolutely required if you are planning to do full research on HMT and LXX intertextuality.  You can always upgrade from the Interlinear to the full Parallel for $79.90.

If you are sure you want to get both the MT-LXX Parallel and the LXX Rahlf's, there is a bundle that sells them both for $149, a savings of $45 or so: http://www.accordancebible.com/store/details/?pid=MT-LXX+add-on.

I hope this helps!
