frequent crash or freeze

I have 11.0.4 running on a Lenovo G560 using Windows 7 with latest updates.

 

I just realized tonight that I have been getting frequent Accordance crashes for a couple of weeks.

 

Happens during reviewing research results or just reading a text.

 

I also get frequent system freezes primarily while using Accordance and must hold the power button to turn it off and then power up again.

 

I don't use any of that Synch box stuff or whatever it is. I don't even know what it is but if you tell me how I can check to see if anything in my setup is trying to access it.

 

an error file from 12 days ago says this;
