parochag
How export text from accordance to a word file?
Timothy Jenney
Select the passage, then choose File>Save Text Selection. There are two choices there: RTF and plain text. If you just want a short passage, use Copy As... and copy and paste the passage into any word processor.
parochag
I followed your recommendation, but does not work. What he did was open a new file (untitled), but I can not copy it to my word document that is open.
Timothy Jenney
Try dragging the new file over your Word icon. See if it will open.
parochag
Your suggestion it does not work. A simple click on Logos exports the biblical text to my Word open file. What more I can do?
Timothy Jenney
You can select a passage from any Accordance resource, copy it, then paste it into a word processor. I'm honestly not sure why you are having trouble doing so.
Helen Brown
You can also use Get Verses to pull in a specific reference to almost any application on PC and Mac. The shortcut is control-alt-a on PC and command-option-a on Mac. What system are you working on?

parochag
I'd wish to do in Accordance well as I do in Logos, with a clic I export verses to my word processor. Question: Is that possible?
Fabian
The best on "Get Verses" is, you don't have to leave "Word". Just push alt+cmd+A and then comes a Pop-Up and you write the Verse Numbering, Enter and then you can go ahead with your writing. Make sure you don't have it disabled in the prefs. Joel Brown
Simply type Command-Option-A to bring up Get Verses, type in the reference you desire, and click the 'Insert into Word' button to add them into your word processor. What is not working for you? I noticed you posted this in the Spanish area of our forums, would communicating in Spanish be easier for you?
