This homily is read in most Orthodox churches on Pascha (April 12 this year), but anyone who appreciates the Church Fathers might want to incorporate it into your Easter observances. A marvellous work --- I know it isn't freely available but if one were going to read it I would recommend the Pevear and Volokhonsky translation or possibly the Alan Myers one... Have you read Bulgakov's 'The Master and Margarita'? The finest 'Easter' novel and to think that he could produce that at the height of Stalin's terror...
