harrisonbrock
Is there an easy to highlight all the words of God in the Old Testament? I did this in Logos in a few minutes.
Λύχνις Δαν
I've never tried this but I tried this just now. Are you on 11 ? Your profile says 10. On 11 you can do a topic search. There is a topic Word of God. It alas only returns two instances and not on point it seems so I don't know what that topic is intended to convey. But there is a Word topic. That seems closer to the mark. So you could try a search with range limited to the OT and see if that helps. I went through some of it and it looks like it gets a chunk but it also picks up things related to the word of God. Not sure if you are looking simply for quotes or more. I haven't tried cross checking by doing simple "God said" searches or the like to see if anything is missed. Seems the above is not so crash hot - perhaps that is not its real purpose, or it needs some tweaks. I tried this "God said" <OR> "Lord said" <OR> "God spoke" <OR> "Lord spoke" with a range limit to the OT and got a bunch of examples. Less direct examples (reported speech) would take more work though. Thx D

Helen Brown
Accordance does not attempt to define which words in the Bible are spoken by God. If this is what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. You can search for phrases like "the Lord says" but that certainly won't find them all.
