PhilT
Hi peoples,Really basic question, and I've forgotten. Where the the accordance modules housed on the Mac? Are they put in the Documents directory by default.? Just trying to find them to copy them over. Transfered the application, just need to locate the data files and transfer them. Many thanks Leaving you in God's Care and Grace Phil
Helen Brown
It's best to reinstall the modules, transferring doesn't usually work any more. If you want to try: Here are the folders and files you need to remove in order to delete Accordance from the old Mac:Applications/Accordance/Library/Application Support/AccordanceORuser/Library/Application Support/AccordanceANDuser/Library/Preferences/Accordance Preferencesuser/Documents/Accordance FilesThe last two contain your settings and saved files, it is good to backup these two folders from time to timePlease note that if you are on Lion or above, to open the user/Library you will need to use the Go menu and press option in order to access that folder. Leopold Green
Hi Helen If you have to reinstall all the modules do you mean reinstall Accordance 11 as well? Helen Brown
It doesn't matter if you copy the program, as long as you have the latest version. Your settings and preferences are in: user/Library/Preferences/Accordance Preferences and your saved files are inn:user/Documents/Accordance Files The preferences should work either after you reinstall your modules, or if you copy over the modules first, but you may need to contact tech support. A clean install except for your Accordance Files, is really what we recommend.

Ken Simpson
Hi Dan, really, the. Easiest thing to do is to easy install your modules from our servers. Then everything will be put in the right place and permissions properly set. If you need to copy the modules (e.g. slow internet/low cap) then you will run into difficulty and it will be best to call tech support on the toll-free number on the webpage.
