System Response Change When 1 Unsuccessfully Selects a Parallel Commentary

Accordance commonly sells commentary sets.  When one has a Bible passage open, one may open a parallel commentary which is hopefully in a set.  But many sets are incomplete.  Thus, there may be no commentary on one's passage in that set, because that Bible book is not yet covered by the commentary.  For example, one wants a comment on Ps 107, but there is no Psalms commentary in the set.  So one finds oneself taken to Job.  If one should be so foolish as to look around in what came up, one may find oneself shanghaied to Job in one's Bible passage window.  Then one has to go back to Ps 107.

Ι suggest a different system response.  I suggest that the system pop up and say, "The Book of Psalms has no commentary in this set. "

Caring this one step further, ideally the system would say:

"But you do have commentaries in your library on Ps 107, and here is the list: . . .."

A further step further would have the system add:

"Moreover, there are 18 articles in your Journal library on Ps 107, and here is that list: . . . :

1) Hans Katzenjammer:  "Vot der Dumboozle? in Ps 107," Nederduitse Gereformeerde Teologiese Tydskrif (1879), 44-59.

2) Wolfgang Schrage:  "Die konkreten Einzelgebote in der psalmistlichen Paränese,"

Zeitschrift für die Alttestamentliche Wissenschaft (1937), 1728-1822.

I believe the Info Pane already does the first and second suggestions.

I think you are saying that it is possible to discover that a book does not yet have a commentary & that there is a way to get a list of what is available for a set.  Thanks, I didn't realize that, & this is a good help.   But my idea is getting the Info with less Pain -- auto notice instead of being taken to some irrelevant place in the commentary set.  Would it be possible for the system to stop taking you where you don't want to go?

BTW, I was going to edit & change "caring" to carrying, but there is no edit button on my post for some reason.  Perhaps you have the request section fixed so that the request cannot be changed after having made it.  However, "caring" might be a happy slip here, "caring things one step further," good turn of phrase!
