Conflicting Note Error Message

I keep getting an error message that my User Notes file has a conflicting note that is not available to Accordance at this time. Dropbox syncing seems to still be happening and yet the message keeps popping up. Anyone know how to reconcile this?

Try bringing your other device online and syncing it to Dropbox.

Thanks. I tried, synced, and it's still generating the error message every couple minutes. Any other ideas?

Sorry, no. At this point, I'd suggest calling technical support: (407) 339-0266, M-F from 9 AM-6 PM Eastern.

 

they are really good at ferreting out these sorts of issues.
