< > arrow pairs (like on a browser) for auto-saved sessions

Browsers like Safari have the convenience of arrow pairs < > in upper left corner (to right of the traffic lights) which let you go back where you were & then return to site one went back from.

 

The auto-saved session function is a great convenience, but it is takes some time to drop a menu, then drop another menu within the menu, and then click on a auto-saved session.

 

It would be quite a convenience to be able to do this just by clicking on < > as one does with a browser. And of course the < > keys on the keyboard could be assigned that short-cut function, if they are not already assigned to something else.
