Hello,

maybe one o you ran into the same problems and can give me a hint.

Since Accordance does not work with wine anymore I decided to get myself a Win XP CD and have it run with Virtual Box on my Xubuntu machine.

After getting Virtual Box and Win XP within it up and running, I downloaded the Accordance 11 Starter binary and when being asked for username and password I give it and try to verify it. But when I click on the button to verify the account I get a no internet connection error. The thing is, all other applications do hve internet connection. I use a network bridge to the W-LAN on my host machine.

Any ideas what I could do?

Haven't played with VBox networking in a while. Not sure why Acc wouldn't see the bridge if other apps do see it. I assume you mean they are seeing the network from inside the VM. But regarding Wine this post (http://www.accordanc...ccordance wine) indicates 11.0.6 ran on Wine in June this year.

Thx

D
