Are English, Reference, Greek, Hebrew, General Begin Phased Out?

I searched and did not find a related topic so forgive me if this has already been covered.

I assume with the changes in the library organization that the strict division between English, Reference, Greek, Hebrew, and General Tools is being phased out. Is that correct?

I know it is the case in the library. But I just noticed it in some of the windows I was working with. If I triple clicked a keyed word in previous versions of Accordance, it would open a window displaying the word in a Greek or Hebrew Tool, and the pop-up menu for that window would only contain Greek or Hebrew Tools. Now all of the tools are available even though it's in a Greek or Hebrew zone.

Are the old categories of tools and windows obsolete?

Thanks

They are not entirely obsolete. For example, pop-up menus for the default amplify tools in Preferences: Amplify and in Set Map Display, still filter the tools by the old categories, and the Info Pane under Commentaries will only display Reference tools. Only Reference tools of the same corpus can be added in a parallel pane. However, it's true that a tool tab can now be switched to any tool in any category.

As your other post suggests, the toolbar category buttons also use the old categories (as does the Library in the Mobile app). I do recommend letting Accordance reorganize the tools into the new categories, and enjoying them, even though the classification of some tools is a little fuzzy.
