Where should user Bibles be in Accordance 11?

Somehow my user Bibles have disappeared. When I open a workspace that links to them, Accordance asks where they are. I know where they are: they are on the main drive here:

However, because that is in the Library folder, when I try to get Accordance to go there and fetch them, it doesn't see that Folder. It takes me here:

So I'm wondering if Accordance moved the intended (supported) location for Shared User Bibles (at least that's what they used to be called). If so, I'll just move them in Finder and then Accordance will find them.

This was from Billy in support:

Hi Eric,

If Accordance can’t find a module you can usually highlight it and right (or control) click on it and ‘Remove item’ (to trash) and then download it again in Easy Install.

If they all seem to have disappeared, it is possible that you have duplicate Accordance folders and Accordance is looking in the wrong one, which is empty and needs to be deleted.

If there is an empty Accordance folder (no texts or tools in the modules folder), you need to remove it from the Application Support folder located in either your Home user library or the Mac HD library and put it in the trash:

Go/Home/Library/Application Support/Accordance (in Mac OS X 10.7 and up, you have to press your option key while you have the ‘Go’ menu open in order to see the hidden ‘Library’ underneath 'Home’ in the ‘Go’ drop down menu).

OR

Go/Computer/Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Accordance

Then try restarting Accordance to see if the issue is corrected. If it is not, then we probably should arrange a time to screen share as there are too many variables that could be involved.

If this doesn't correct the issue, you can call us in support at 407-339-0266 or Skype us at: oaktreesupport Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern.

If needed, you can download 'Teamviewer' from www.teamviewer.com (it's free and fast) and send us your Teamviewer user ID and password and one of us will be able to access your computer with a screen share to help try to correct this issue for you.

Best wishes,

Billy

I found that as long as I removed the User Bibles that Accordance can't find from the Library list in Accordance (Cmd-Delete or right click and "Delete"), then it made absolutely no difference where the Bible modules are on my hard drive – I just need to click them and they will show up in Accordance. Two Bibles didn't seem to do that and kept asking for their location. Come to find out, I had not deleted them from the Library in Accordance first.

One weird thing is that (1) if the Bible is still in Accordance's Library and you try to use it (when Acc can't find it), then you'll get the dialog to find it. If you point to another instance of that same file on your computer, Acc will not let you use it – everything in that folder is greyed out. Seems that even if you go to the right folder, if that folder in in Application Support it'll be greyed out.

Conclusion of the matter: All's working now and I have my User Bibles back.
