ojaeyah
Hello, I have Accordance, the Essentials package. My Accordance is version 11.1.0.0 on a Windows 10 Home. I noticed that certain modules have failed to install (through multiple attempts. I was hoping someone could help shed light on the situation. The modules are: 1. Dr. J's BSM 2. Greek Strong's 3. Hebrew Strong's 4. Nave's 5. Bird's Eye View 6. Faith's Checkbook 7. Gray-Workers' Commentary 8. Muller-Works 9. Wesley's Notes 10. Barnes' Notes (NT) 11. Maclaren's Exposition 12. Smith's Dictionary Thank you in advance! Jonathan Kwon
Helen Brown
I think it is the quote mark that is the problem in most of these. I thought it was solved for Windows, apparently not or it came back. Our team will look into it, but Accordance will run fine for you in their absence. Orly Margolis
Jonathan, In some cases, we found that 'pure' Chinese systems - where the system locale is Chinese - the quote mark is not recognizable. You should be able to finish the installation if you change to English locale. To do so, select 'Clock, Language, and Region' from the Control Panel. Select 'Region' from the list. Select the 'Administrative' tab on the top. Click on 'Change system locale...' and select 'English (United States)' from the list. Click 'Apply' on the dialog and restart your machine. Please let us know if you need help setting this up.
