mortenjensen
Hi all, I somehow lost info from lexicons in instant details. I used to have the info from the lexicon on top in Greek Tools displayed, when highlighted a word. Now I only get the most basic info. I have looked through Settings without success. Where is this feature toggled on/off? Thanks, Morten
Helen Brown
Try resetting the Preferences: Amplify.
mortenjensen
Thanks, how do I do that? It turns out that amplify produces an error each time. So something is not working properly
Helen Brown
Please go to Preferences in the Accordance menu (Mac) or Edit menu (PC). The Amplify is the second option on the list. Does that crash Accordance or what does? If you can reach the panel, reset all the pop-up menu options. If this doesn't help, please contact our support techs for a screenshare session. mortenjensen
Hi Helen, To clarify, I am talking about amplify in iOS. Why: - can I not see the entry from the first Greek lexicon. - can I not "amplify" at all? Can this be fixed? Morten
Helen Brown
Sorry, I missed that this was for iOS. Which is the first item in your Greek Tools? If you go to Library: Greek Tools: Edit, can you move Mounce to the top of the list?
mortenjensen
No problem, yes, Mounce is already at the top. I have tried to move around to see if anything changes, but without success. Actually, nothing is displayed but the basic translation. Do I have to delete the entire app and reinstall or can it be fixed? Morten
Billy32792
Hi Morten, We could use some more details please. Which text are you using when this happens? Does it happen the same way in multiple texts or is it specific to one text? Which version of iOS and which version of Accordance are you using? If we can isolate this, we may be able to just reinstall a module or two without reinstalling everything. If needed, you can call us in support at 407-339-0266 or Skype us at: oaktreesupport. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern. If your call goes to voicemail, then we are helping other customers and will call you back as soon as possible. We will be happy to help you get this corrected. Thanks, Billy - Accordance Support
mortenjensen
Hi I ended up manually deleting my Greek lexicons and then syncing from mobile to accordance's server. That did the trick. The first installation was done through wifi sync. Perhaps that was the problem
