Romanian Versiunea did not install on my iPad

When I ran Easy Install on my iPad, there were several different language versions that showed up in the Easy Install window. All of them installed except the Romanian Versiunea Dumitru Cornilescu 2014. I tried several times to install it, and it simply would not install. Then I shut the iPad down and rebooted it and tried to install it again. Same thing. It did not install. It keeps coming back up in the Easy Install window as if it has not been installed. Has anyone else reported this problem?

Maybe it is not compatible with my iPad? It is an older iPad (Model MC756LL/A) running the latest version of iOS 9.2. My Accordance software is up to date (Version 2.2.2), as well as all my modules.

I really do not need that Romanian version of the Bible on my iPad. So if it cannot be installed, is there some way that I can permanently reject it so that it never tries to install it again?

I recently used an iOS app called AnyFont to install Kefa on my iPhone. Here's the link to the iPad version: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/anyfont/id821560738?mt=8

It ought to do the trick.
