Location URL

I am finding 'Location URL' extremely helpful.

However there a few issues that I seem to be stuck on.

• On the main Menu Bar, sometimes the item is greyed, (but never in the context menu).

• Apple System Prefs / Keyboard / App Shortcuts won't accept any shortcut that I assign for the trigger.  (It does for everything else)!

Does any anyone have any suggestions how I might quickly access this menu item without scrolling through menus.

It would be great if there was a tool bar icon specifically for this.

Thanks.

Paul.

My best experience is ^⌘L

Thank you Fabian, but the shortcut only makes a URL link if the cursor is in a text pane (none of the tools modules).

I have have tried all sorts of keyboard shortcuts to no avail.

Still, much appreciated,

Paul.

Thanks, this bug of the Edit -> Copy As -> Location URL not being available in tools will be fixed in the next release.

Yes, this is perfect, I can now use the custom shortcut in conjunction with 'bettertouchtool'.  I just need to click a designated corner and of my trackpad and hey presto...   I can pickup any URL link with a single touch.  It works like a dream.

Thank you.

Hello Paul

I never used BTT in this way. Thanks for pointing this out.

No Problem Fabian, I found that if you set it up with a BBT global setting of '^⌘L' it works more consistently rather than working through a specific application (Accordance).  This of course will work with nearly all your accordance favourite shortcuts.

Enjoy.
