I suspect that the old formatted file has reappeared on the iPhone. You may want to contact our tech support (Tech Support line at (407) 339-0266, M-F from 9 AM-6 PM Eastern) or we can try to resolve the issue on the forum.
A couple of questions:
- How are you syncing Dropbox or WiFi?
- Are you only syncing between your laptop and your iPhone ?(no other devices)
- Can you post a screenshot of the verse note that you were editing? (iOS does not support European notation yet and/or might have a bug in “AutoLink”)
