User Notes/Tools - outline

Accordance's outline tool is great. But it would be great if the user could create a tool just like it but with their own content. Perhaps this is already possible, but I can't see a way. If I'm right and there isn't a way for a user outline tool to be created, I'd like to request it for a future update to User Tools.

I'm not sure which tool you are referring to. Is it the Outlines of Bible Books module?

 

I agree with you on requesting the outline feature in User Tools. I have some lecture outlines from professors that I would really like imported and searchable in Accordance, but they are difficult to read if everything is flush to the left. I'd like to request specifically that User Tools allow creating tabbed outlines where subsequent lines wrap to the level of outline. Currently, if you manually tab an outline level over, the subsequent lines remain flush left when they wrap. The Outlines of Bible Books module does it correctly, so I would think it wouldn't be that difficult to implement in the User Tools.

Thanks for the reply. It is the Outlines of Bible Books module I'm thinking of and so I'd like to be able to create the same thing but with my data. That way when I scroll through a text or the tool, they scroll together. I think this takes a bit more than bullet points or tabs. But outlines like you find in word processor formatting would be great too and very helpful for outlining content that does not fit with a reference.
