Need a little assistance

I am not at all familiarized much with using Accordance on an Ipad other than the normal reading, so my question is how am I able to use my own User Tools on an Ipad?  I use them regularly on my desktop, but not sure how to have it installed on my Ipad. Thank you!

Go to Library/My Tools in iPad to access them. Unfortunately, they're not editable on iOS, so they essentially function as read-only files.

 

As far as getting them there, I use Sync via Dropbox to bring everything over and to keep it up-to-date.

Is there a reason why when I sinc with Dropbox the Acc App closes, and now I am unable to open the app because it crashes once the logo appears?

Hi,

I’m new at this too, and I would like to have my Unpointed HB in iOS, the one that is on the Exchange. However, it appears in the Desktop under Texts, not My Stuff > My Tools. I watched the podcast recommended by uk, and saw you can sync either user content or all content. Is user content “My Stuff” on the desktop? In other words, would I have to sync all content to get the UHB on iOS? Or, does Acc recognize all non-Acc packaged content in Texts and My Stuff?

The issue likely will be taken care of if you go to settings and scroll down to Accordance... and select clear download each and reset user content. Please make sure you double click on the home button and make sure Accordance is no longer running. My guess is something went wrong and there is a bit of corrupt data keeping your app from starting.

Thank you, Dan. I followed all your instructions and still the app does not want to open up (only after I attempt to link to Dropbox).  As soon as I press sinc, the app closes.

Ok, thanks.  I will continue to Accordance without syncing via Dropbox for now.  I hope to get this resolved sometime soon.  Again, Dan, thank you for all your help!
