Ken Han
11.1.6 / OS X 10.11.4 Open a workspace with one English text and a user note in parallel pane. Type in a reference that combines both OT and NT into the text pane search bar: e.g. deut 24; 2 Corinthians 5. The text pane displays Deut 24 and 2 Cor 5 in English with the user notes in sync. Pressing the "Bk" arrows up and down does what is expected and moves between Deut 24 and 2 Cor 5 with the user notes in sync with the text. Now change the the English text to Greek NT (or any other Greek text) and, as expected, the Deut 24 portion is missing and blank. Now press the 'Bk' down arrow to go to 2 Cor 5, and see the user notes are not only out of sync with the text, but display all the references without content. See the attached pic. Joel Brown
Ken, I'm afraid I can't reproduce this. Here are my steps, perhaps one of them is different for you? 1) File -> New Workspace (opens HCSBS) 2) Add Parallel -> My Notes 3) Enter search: "deut 24; 2 Corinthians 5" 4) Use Bk down once and Bk up once to ensure the syncing between the books is working. 5) Change the top-left pane 'HCSBS' to 'NA28' 6) Observe that deut 24 is blank. 7) Use Bk down once and everything is still fine. Ken Han
Thanks for checking Joel. Your steps appear identical to mine. It's strange that we are seeing different behaviors. I don't know how helpful this will be, but here's a screen capture of the problem I'm describing.
