Windows: way to use Ctrl-C for "Copy as Citation"

I usually use Accordance on a Mac, but I have it on the Windows virtual machine, too.

On the Windows version Ctrl-Alt-C is the default for "Copy as Citation." Is there a way to change that so Ctrl-C will copy as citation, but Ctrl-Alt-C would merely copy?

(Some time ago, on the Mac side I changed the Mac System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts so that "Copy" is Alt-Cmd-C and "Citation" is Cmd-C (I got that hint in one of the forum threads, but I can't find that thread now).

Is there a way to do that in Windows?
