EricC Posted May 30, 2016 Share Posted May 30, 2016 I use the iOS version of Accordance sporadically. I tried recently to launch it, and it won't even start. I shut off the iPhone and rebooted and tried again. No go. The splash screen comes up, but the spinning circle of dots just keeps spinning indefinitely. Is there a way to delete the app and re-install it on the iPhone? Or would that even help? Other options? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Daniel Francis Posted May 30, 2016 Share Posted May 30, 2016 Deleting and reinstalling is always an option but hopefully we can get you working before that... first of all please ensure Accordance is not running (double tap home button and swipe up the accordance program if found).
