Scrolling with Parallel Panes Question

When I am scrolling a text with a tool in a parallel pane, I notice that the tool always goes to the last place that particular verse is referenced in the tool. As an example, I have the NAS95S open to Micah 6:1. The parallel pane with Tyndale Commentary goes to the entry for Micah 6:1b-2. Is there a reason it goes to the last instance rather than the first? For me, this means I have to scroll up manually to the first entry since I want to see what the commentator says about 1a as well. Any insight into this behavior would be appreciated.

I believe the reasoning behind this is to skip over Titles that also have the same verse included in the Reference field. You've pointed out one drawback. Another is when the commentary includes textual notes that are also in the Reference field.
