Problems with Accordance 7.4.2

I have a PowerMac G5 that I recently upgraded to Leopard. Every time I go to Accordance 7.4.2 and want to use the top menu (File, Edit, etc.), the Accordance programs shuts down. It happens every time. Has anyone else had this problem and is there anything I can do about it?

This is a totally new problem to us. I suggest moving or renaming the Accordance Preferences folder in your user/Library/Preferences so that Accordance makes a new set. If that does not work, try creating a new user for yourself and seeing if that helps. We do have some weird stuff happening in Leopard for some users.

Thank you. Your advise worked beautifully. The problem is solved. Is it okay to delete the old preferences folder or should I leave it?

If you are happy with the new ones there is no need to keep the old set. If you miss your Range definitions you can try putting them back, and any others of your preferences, but since we do not know which one got corrupted it is safest just to stay with the new.

It IS a good idea to back up the Accordance Preferences and the Accordance files in user/Documents from time to time, as well as to move them to a new Mac when transferring Accordance. This is where all your work on Accordance is saved.
